We reserve the rights for print errors, change in prices, missing and delayed deliveries and sold out items. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard credit card, Visa-Electron and JCB.


You can safely use your creditcard on our web shop. Our payment system reqiures 3D Secure – a worldwide security standard verified by Visa and Mastercard.

If your card is flagged as not 3D Secure, or if you’re having issues with the 3D Secure data not being accepted  (Verified by Visa/Mastercard Secure etc.), it is best to contact your bank to confirm if there is an issue and to make sure your card is 3D Secure.


All prices on rains.com are including 25% EU / Norwegian VAT. Customers outside the EU or Norway are purchasing tax free (25 % off on given prices). The tax will be excluded in Checkout. Please also note that customers outside the EU or Norway may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once the product reach your country of destination. All such charges are your responsibility. Rains has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. You may check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. However we do not guarantee the prices are 100% correct, they are just estimates.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from the day you recieved the product to return any unused items. You can also exchange an item to a different size or colour. Just fill out our Return Form. If the item is sold out, you will however receive a full refund.

The returned items must be in unused and original packaging with hangtags. On the Return Form, you can see what information we need from you, and where to send the goods. The customer is abliged to pay for the shipping, which can vary.

If you wish to exchange an item to a different size or colour you have 14 days from the day you recieved the product to exchange the item. Just fill out the Exhange form. We will then send you the exchanged item free of charge. If the item is sold out, we will instead give you a full refund. The return shipping fee will be paid by the customer.

During the holiday season, the return period is extended until the last weekday in January. All items must be returned unused.

Note: Refunds on online purchases are not possible in our physical Rains Stores. But we always offer to do an exchange for a different product, colour or size.

Complaints & Faulty Delivered Goods

Products purchased via our webshops are covered by a 2-year warranty. If you have received a faulty item or the wrong product, you will be returned simply as described above. If we believe that your complaint is justified, we will send you a new product with free shipping and will refund your shipping costs equivalent to the postage for a B-letter. If the item is out of stock, we will refund the price of the item. For EU customers, if your case has been mistreated or we have not together reached a final solution, you can as a final doing submit a complaint to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.


All orders are shipped during DHL Express's business days, and will be processed and shipped on the same day if order is placed before 01:00pm. We ship to UK addresses.

You can follow your package via track and trace from shipping it until it is delivered. Track and chase will be forwarded to the e-mail received at order placement.
