Returns & Exchanges

We offer the opportunity to return our products ordered from You have 30 days from the day of receipt to return any unused items and receive a refund. Please note, at this time we do not offer exchanges, unless the goods are faulty, or wrong items are delivered. If you need a different size or another style you will need to place a new order.

Refund requests for online purchases cannot be fulfilled in our physical Rains Stores. However, we are always happy to offer an exchange for a different product, colour or size. Please bring the delivery note or invoice to the store. For products bought from an authorised Rains stockist, please reach out to the corresponding stockist for refund / exchange.

Extended return period for COVID-19: Due to the national lockdown in the UK, all orders made on from November 2020 can be returned by the end of March 2021. We will only process a refund AFTER receiving the returned product(s).

In the following cases, you should contact for review before returning the goods to us.

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product
  • If the warranty period is expired

Please follow the below steps for refunds:

1. Print out the return form.

2. Fill out the form with your order information, which can be found in your order confirmation email or the delivery note.

3. Fill out the product information for each returned item. You may use the comment box if you wish to provide additional information.

  • If items being returned were purchased within a multi-buy or promotional offer, those additional items must also be returned. If the items are not returned, the value of the items will be deducted from the credit.

4. Pack your product(s) in sturdy packaging, for instance, the Rains shipping box which the product(s) came in. Include your delivery note and the fulfilled return form in your parcel. We use them to identify the order.

5. Mail the product(s) to Rains Headquarter at Jens Olsens Vej 13, 8200 Aarhus N, Denmark.

  • Please note that you will bear the cost of the shipment unless your product is faulty, and that we do not accept drop point delivery. Consider using delivery service with tracking.
  • When returning goods from outside the EU, all returned items need to be accompanied by a commercial invoice as required by international customs agencies. To ensure a timely return shipment, please bring along the invoice which we issued to you electronically, and show it to the post office that this is a returned order.
  • Customers are responsible for any lost parcel when returning products to Rains.

6. We will process your request as soon as we receive your parcel, and you will receive an email notification shortly after. Please expect a refund within 14 days from when we process your return.

  • The delivery fee will be refunded when a full order is returned.
  • If your order has been sent with express delivery, the delivery fee will not be refunded unless the item is faulty, or wrong item is delivered.


Uncollected parcels

If you are not able to pick up your delivery as agreed, we charge the original shipping fee. The fee will be deducted from your refund.
